1. Terms of Service
1.1 About Hadiya
Hadiya (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) operates a digital platform providing personalized gift discovery and AI-powered recommendation services. Hadiya does not sell products directly. The platform redirects users to independent third-party merchants to complete purchases.
1.2 Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority under applicable UAE law. By using the platform, users confirm they have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
1.3 Nature of Services
Hadiya provides AI-powered gift recommendations and redirects users to external merchant websites. Hadiya does not process payments, issue invoices, handle shipping, provide warranties, or process refunds.
1.4 Third-Party Merchants
When a user clicks a product, they are redirected to an independent merchant. The merchant's terms and privacy policy apply. Hadiya is not responsible for pricing, availability, fulfillment, or disputes.
1.5 AI Disclaimer
Recommendations are generated automatically based on user inputs and system logic. Hadiya does not guarantee suitability, satisfaction, or merchant performance.
1.6 Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, branding, design, content, and platform materials are owned by Hadiya and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Hadiya shall not be liable for merchant-related disputes, product defects, payment issues, indirect damages, or loss of profit.
1.8 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
2. Privacy Policy (UAE PDPL Compliant)
2.1 Data Controller

2.2 Personal Data Collected
We may collect name, email address, occasion details, budget preferences, IP address, device information, usage data, and cookies.
2.3 Legal Basis
Personal data is processed based on user consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interest, and legal compliance obligations in accordance with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021.
2.4 Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to provide personalized recommendations, improve system performance, maintain security, and comply with regulatory requirements.
2.5 Data Sharing
We may share data with cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, and technical service partners. We do not sell personal data.
2.6 International Transfers
If data is transferred outside the UAE, appropriate safeguards and contractual protections will be implemented.

Users may modify inputs, delete profiles, or request deletion of personal data at any time.
5. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
5.1 Scope
This DPA governs processing activities performed by service providers on behalf of Hadiya.
5.2 Processor Obligations
Processors must process data only on documented instructions, maintain confidentiality, implement security measures, and notify Hadiya of any data breach.
5.3 Sub-Processors
Processors may not appoint sub-processors without prior written authorization and equivalent data protection safeguards.
5.4 Termination
Upon termination of services, all personal data must be deleted or returned to Hadiya with written confirmation.
7. Merchant Disclaimer
You will be redirected to an external merchant to complete your purchase. Product pricing, availability, delivery, and returns are managed directly by the merchant. Hadiya is not responsible for transactions conducted on third-party websites.
